Justin Timberlake is selling his $7.65 million SoHo apartment, according to celebrity real estate blogger The Real Estalker. Timberlake purchased the property in 2010 for $6.56 million and now he's looking to walk away with some profit after placing it on the market for $7.65 million.
The penthouse apartment has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, and a private outside terrace, which views the Manhattan skyline.
Timberlake and fiance Jessica Biel got engaged earlier this year after an on and off four year relationship. Rumor has it that the couple secretly tied the knot, but this has not been confirmed as yet.
